Shipping Terms

Here at Hair Mantra, our teams strive to make sure that your orders get priority and reach you as soon as possible. Currently we have two warehouses based in Islamabad and Lahore from where all the products are sourced for further delivery in respective regions. Usually, when you place an order, it is shipped
within 24-48 hours depending upon the working days and the time of order placement.

In Pakistan, our standard delivery charges are 200 PKR for every package.
We use the fastest means of delivery and are currently working with Leopard Courier Pakistan.


The projected delivery time is 2-4 working days. However, there could be delays sometimes, due to unexpected situations, and in that case, you shall be notified.
We are not shipping outside Pakistan yet but soon we will start these operations as well, Information of which shall be shared on our website. You can always contact at sales@themantraintl.com or contact our customer care number +92 3100052111 and inquire about your order.

Exchange Policy

1. Hair Mantra values our customer's choices and always welcomes the exchange of any product purchased from us provided:-

  •  It's in its original packaging
  •  Seal of the product is intact
  •  The product is not used
  •  The product is in its original shape/quantity
  •  The label is not tempered.

2. You may email us at sales@themantraintl.com and mention the reasons and product name returned. Also, write down your purchased order number.
3. Send the item to our address Hair Mantra 80K, Commercial Block, DHA Lahore.
4. Any additional charges/ Shipping charges shall be paid by the customer.

Return Policy

1. We offer a return policy as goodwill to our valued clients. In case you have purchased an item you no longer wish to use, or it was damaged at the time of delivery, don’t worry we have got you.
2. All such returns shall be under the following conditions

  • Item is in its original shape
  • Seal of the item is intact
  • Packaging is intact
  • The product is not used

3. You will be required to send us the details of the products and the purchased information at sales@themantraintl.com along with the reasons for return.
4. You will be asked to send us the same product at our shipping address 80K, Commercial Block, DHA Lahore.
5. We will issue you a coupon for the same amount
6. Any additional charges shall be paid by the customer.
